Help At Home Plan for Indiana Direct Service Workforce Investment Grant
Help at Home plans to use the Direct Service Workforce Grant 2023 money to provide additional one-time bonuses to our staff, including special retention bonuses for our current employees and special sign-on bonuses to all newly hired staff. Similar bonuses were paid in 2022 utilizing the 2022 grant monies. Any remaining dollars will be used to provide additional supports to our staff such as new training programs.
