Creating a Unique Client Experience

We’re proud of our high caregiver retention, high client satisfaction ratings, and an average relationship between caregiver and client of four years. Those dynamic relationships allow caregivers to create a unique and special home care experience for clients. These bonds are key to their mental and physical health and well-being for seniors aging in place in their homes.

It starts with “Great Starts”, an intentional and focused recruiting, retention and client-matching effort that’s important to drive early-on connections. Followed by “Great Days”, a seamless client-caregiver experience that drives client satisfaction. Next, “Meaningful Moments” focuses on the socialization and personal growth for our clients – critical elements of care that can deter depression, loneliness, etc. and support overall client well-being.
